Winery and Bistro

The dream of having our own winery will be concretized in the year 2021, after many years of planning and effort. Located at the foot of the mountain, on the West slope of the Valle Calchaquí, it was constructed with rocks from the place and with the basic concepts of ecology and sustainability for the purpose of reusing water, using solar power, and thermal mass effect for the conservation of an ideal temperature without using pollutants.

VINEYARDS

In the year 2022 we will begin the process of plantation of our own vineyards. Our lands are located at an altitude of 1660 meters above sea level. We plan to expand to one of our favorite sites in the Tolombón Valley, at an altitude of 1930 meters above sea level, with soils suitable for the production of high-end grapes, water from mountain snowmelt and breathtaking scenery.

WINEMAKING

We are interested in offering a high quality product through processes and personalize care in all the production stages (from the vineyard to the bottle). We look forward to reflecting the terroir and the “know-how” of the different participants in the vineyard and the winery in the final product, always based on a deep respect for nature and the environment. We are committed to what we do and how we do it, as we are convinced of what we want, authentic and elegant wines, with their own personality.

BISTRO

We invite you to savor our wines within a context of contact with nature, with the right pairing according to the type of wine, in an atmosphere of pleasure and tranquility. Our mission is that you discover, by the hands of its owners, the sensorial experience between wine, earth, mountain, sun, and wind.
